Real Madrid could be in the market in January if David Alaba recovery is not as good as expected.

‘UFABET’ report on Friday that Real Madrid are concern about David Alaba’s recovery, which is expect to take some time, with doubts over his full potential.

Alaba suffered a serious injury, torn ACL in his left knee in the game against Villarreal on December 17, affecting the meniscus and ligaments. Normally, a player will be able to return to the pitch in 100-120 days after surgery, but in Alaba’s case, he had to recover for more than 255 days.

Part of that comes after Alaba underwent a second operation in May after it was discover his knee was not healing properly, although it was only a minor procedure, with the Austrian defender not expected to be available to return until November.

However, neither the club nor the player want to set a clear target as they want to be as patient as possible after the diagnosis was worse than initially thought and there were doubts about whether he would ever recover, so they have to be as careful as possible.

If Alaba fails to return to action by the end UFABET of the year, Real Madrid could consider re-entering the transfer market in January to sign another centre-back, according to reports.
